PL 9-74 (amends PL 9-48, "Right to Work Act of 1995," by adding new section providing that no provision in act can be construed to supersede, amend or modify any provision of 3 CMC § 4411 et seq., the Nonresident Workers Act; effective 01-08-96.

Senatorial district delegations of the Commonwealth Legislature enact local laws pursuant to the Local Law Act of 1983 (1 CMC § 1401 et seq.), which permits legislation pertaining exclusively to individual senatorial districts. There are currently three senatorial districts: Rota (District One), Tinian and Aguiguan (District Two), and Saipan and the Northern Islands (District Three).
Rota Senatorial District Local Laws
 RLL 9-3 (mandates establishment of wildlife conservation area within Wedding Cake Mountain region; prohibits taking or disturbing non-game wildlife and certain plant life within area; permits restriction of certain recreational, commercial and agricultural activities within area; charges Director of Department of Natural Resources with establishment of boundaries, enforcement, and promulgation of administrative rules; effective October 13, 1994)
